@Josuha Gordon It is excellent!

It's pretty much his 129 page blueprint explained into extreme detail. It has taught me a lot about investing and I would definitely recommend it.

Keep in mind you can "rotate" your profile pic in your profile.

Thanks for the tip!

Hello,

My name is Ryan and I'm starting to get into the Real Estate scene. I have access to Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom academy and have been adamantly devouring the information put out.

I'm young and hungry for information, but I'm wondering if my age is going to be a set back when negotiating with potential buyers/sellers.

What are strategies to help get the matter off of my age and more on the business at hand?

Hey Everyone!
My name is Ryan and I'm 19 years old and a PFC in the United States Marine Corps. In stationed here in MCAS Miramar and I'm pretty much as new as you can get. I have no knowledge in anything having to do with real estate, but that's going to change now. I'm here because of my dad actually. I saw how interested he was in real estate he he told me of what I could do with my down time. My goal is to gain financial freedom for me and my family. People have done so much to help me and I'm going to give back in every way I can. I'm going to learn as much as possible before I jump in and I thought this should be the perfect place to gain that wealth of information. I am willing to listen to ANYBODY who has any tips that they think would better me. Be expecting to see more of me around here.
