Caleb,

Thanks for getting back to me. I have considered different strategies, however am looking to rent-to-own a sfh property, post assuming full ownership looking to rent it out. So eventual rental property ownership, this also gives me the option to sell (of course ensuring contractual terms work for me). I understand this exists however is more of a very long-term strategy and is not as common as directly investing in single rental property ownership. Please advise and feel free to correct me here, need some guidance!

Thanks for your time - looking forward.

Thanks - looking forward to hearing from y'all.
