Bill and Daniel, thank you for your input. I honestly had not given much thought to using an accountant from another area/state. Ideally I am looking to build on to our local team (with someone specializing in real estate taxation) and hopefully be able to meet face to face again in the near future. But totally agree with your perspective about opening my search horizon to have more access to talent and services. If my local search doesn't pan out I may contact you. Thank you.

I am interested. We live in Naperville and have properties in Harwood Heights and Forest Park but would like to purchase in the western suburbs next. Wednesday's at 6pm should work fine. Either my wife or I would attend.
