Everything in New Jersey the taxes are horrible. My mothers are 11,000$ for 1700 sq ft rancher

This is a Great Post ! I’m stuck in savings mode and just got my RE license a few months back trying sick away as much as I can so I can house hack a multi family. Congrats again ! Very inspirational

What calculator should one use to analyze deals with if its a live in house hack duplex ?

I recently sat in a seminar for "success path " in New Jersey , and it seemed very skeptical... has anyone gone through there process successfully? And do have to pay for these such things ? I'm currently in real estate school now . But there isn't any real info on wholesale real estate .
