Hi Kaleb,

I am in the same boat, I purchased land in South Ogden for a 4-plex. The city made a terrible mistake and mixed up the addresses and said it was zoned for a 4 plex. Long story short the area was changed to commercial allowing my project to move forward. I couldn't find anything that looked decent in the Ogden area either so building has been my best option.I had it quoted last year and I had bids from 400k-525k. But that was a year ago. It's a total of 5600 sq. Ft. Stacked 4 plex.

Since we are doing similar projects I'd love to chat and compare notes and see where we can help each other out with GCs and sub contractors.

I'm pushing to break ground in the spring.

Hope your project goes well for you!
