@Patrick Gunn you have it correct.  Many investors will only want to rent the land and not deal with the maintenance of the homes. While you can get a better deal on the POH deals cash flow could come in greater but we have found it doesn't take many repairs to make it not worth it.  Our goals are to move the remaining POH we have to TOH.
