Hello All,

My Name is Ryan Ebert and I am a Real Estate Agent in Baltimore. I have been looking into Real Estate Investing and becoming an agent for awhile. I have been an agent since February and have loved serving my clients. I also have a deep passion for investing, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts, reading books, and going to seminars. Now the action part is coming and as most of you probably were, I'm nervous to begin. I understand that failing is part of the process but I would love to learn from other peoples mistakes and find out how to invest the best possible way.

I'm seeking out new clients to help get into their new homes, looking for great resources from other investors, possible partners in investments deals, contractors that will be apart of the rehab process, lenders etc. I'm excited to go into this next chapter but most of all ready to hustle, find deals, and start making a career out of investing!
