Hi Everyone! So we have a pretty rare situation on our hands. We purchased several units that are in a Co-Op style property. Does anyone have any experience with Co-Op to Condominium conversions? We would also like to find any bank that will lend on Co-Op properties. Any and all recommendations/ comments are welcome :)

@Jason Cook Some tips, consider looking for federal and state programs that pay for 85-100% of the rent. Many programs available outside of say section 8. Negotiate for two months of security deposit because they will be rough on the unit. The advantages can be above average rents (some cases 30-40% more) and a steady flow of tenants to offset vacancy turn times.
It’s possible to make some fantastic returns, just have your processes dialed in.
