Sale price: $675,000

Primed location is Old SW Reno. Bough and remodeled adding 900 sq ft and new 2 car garage. Rented for 6 years and sold to one of my top investor clients in 2021.

Bought originally as a buy and hold. Problem tenants changed plans. Fully remodeled one unit and sold exactly a year later for about 100k profit.
