@Tom Dunn

While it will put a cap on competition in that township I’m not sure rental prices will go up much higher than the neighboring areas as most renters are just looking at the house and the price tag.

Hi, I'm trying to refinance my rental property in CT owned outright. It's a 2 unit titled to my LLC. I live in NY. I'd prefer to HELOC or get Revolving Credit but I keep running into dead ends...the residential lenders won't touch LLCs and the commercial lenders won't touch <5 unit. I know this has been brought up before but it's been a crazy year for lending so any new advice would be appreciated! Thanks

@Jaysen Medhurst Thanks Jaysen. I would definitely consider attending a meeting but I’m about 2 hours out so it would just have to fit my schedule.

Picked up a two unit house in Norwich with tenants. Old owner neglected the place and I’m looking to fix it up. Can anyone recommend reliable and fair repairman or GC in Norwich area? I have a bucket list of small-medium sized projects for the property but would include:

Repair bathroom flooring (eater damage/rot)

Replace kitchen countertop and sink

Replace kitchen vinyl flooring

Replace a number of light fixtures

Add railing to outdoor stairs

Reinforce patio support beams.

Etc...

Thanks!
