Hello all! I recently bought my first multifamily house and want to continue investing with other strategies. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with finding an attorney. Specifically one that works will seller financing and wholesaling. Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day!

Thank you Christopher, your response was spot on to what I’ve been hearing a lot of. Sorry for posting a question that has been posted a lot. As stated, my first deal will be coming soon, and I am trying to take every step with caution, and this was a big concern of mine.

Hello everyone! I am new to investing and am approaching my first deal. Before I make any moves, I would like to see what other investors think. I have been asking around and I am getting mixed thoughts about a real estate bubble. Is there a possible correction coming? If so, how big of a correction? if not, what makes you think house prices will remain steady. Thank you, Ryan
