@Hai Loc Thanks for the tips! I've gotten to work with some property analysis templates from books I've read, I think my biggest obstacles so far have been estimating costs and ARV/MV.

@Fidelis O. Thanks! I think I'm actually looking to focus more towards Southwestern Ontario (i.e. KWC, Guelph, London, etc.) but I figured it would be easier to connect with local investors first.

Hey BP people!

I'm a newbie in Mississauga, Ontario who's been hooked on real estate for the past few months and just wanted to introduce myself here. While it's not the best time to be going out to networking events and such, if there are any investors in the area who'd like to chat online, please feel free to PM me! I'd love to hear more about what people in my area are doing and what stages of their real estate journeys they're at. 

If it helps to get the convo started, I'm a few months working out of university and I'm trying to explore the different markets and strategies that could work for me. Any thoughts or advice on being a GTA-based investor would be appreciated!
