@Nicholas L. Thanks for the feedback.  I should clarify that when I say no issues I mean compliance with the solo 401k.  

I'll be having a full inspection including the sewer line, is there anything else that could be a red flag prior and to steer clear of?  It's a turney remodel option in the Memphis area.

Hello!  I am getting ready to purchase my first rental property through my self directed solo 401k and wanted to see if anyone had some tips and tricks other than the prohibited transactions. I'm using a turnkey company to ensure no issues from the beginning.  Thanks in advance!
