Hello, from Salt Lake City, UT. I was trying to message some local investors and agents near me and it said I was now banned from messaging.  :{ So that was fun while it lasted I guess.....

Anyway, My name is Ryan, I'm a licensed Loan Officer in the state of Utah and would very much like to get connected up with other like minded investors, Real Estate Agents and wholesalers! I am highly interested in getting to know more contacts and add to my growing list of friends and business partners.

Currently, Utah is a pretty hot market, and I personally, don't see that changing any time soon.

I am always eager to just talk shop and go over anything of interest!

I hope your doing well and Have a Great Day!

Post: Seeking locals perspective on Ogden

Hi there, I'm an investor friendly loan officer and I my own personal house is in Ogden, the assumption that Ogden is a little rough can certainly ring true in some areas. Over the past few years they have really upgraded the area, lots of historic renovations in the historic district, lots of financial programs that help with the community and it's upkeep has been making a huge impact.

The housing prices are very hit and miss still. There are some fantastic deals to be found, but the market is becoming saturated with more and more getting priced out from Salt Lake and moving up north. Ogden is about 40-60 minute drive from Salt Lake, but there are some VERY attractive cities in between as well.
