INVESTOR SPECIAL! Come check out this 3/2 home in BIG COUNTRY! Great project to fix up and sell or turn into a rental property. Easy access to 1604 & Highway 90 and close to Lackland AFB as well as restaurants and shopping just a quick drive down the street. Come check out this home and lets make this opportunity a reality!

Gents,

I am a few miles south in New Braunfels and looking to network! Anyone up for a little networking. I am just entering the wholesaling space from the insurance side of things and am ready to dig right in.

Post: wholesaling help, or advice.

Quinton,

I am in the same boat as far as starting out with Wholesaling. So far my plan is to get involved with a local REIA here in San Antonio and get to know some investors. From there I will have to ramp up my marketing. Seems that we are on the same journey. Good luck to you!

Dave,

Good luck! I am new to the whole sailing game and am focused on getting involved with my local REIA to meet with some investors. I have already learned a lot from the experience you are sharing. Keep up the hard work and thank you for posting!
