After moving to Santa Barbara for college, I took interest in real estate investment and how to use REI for building long term wealth. Through the Biggerpockets podcasts, webinars, blogs, forum posts, and recommended books, I have learned many of the basic concepts necessary to succeed in REI. Now, I am looking to network with other investors in the Santa Barbara area and soak up any information possible.
