Hello BP world!  I'm a new investor located in the Charlotte, NC area also interested and familiar with Concord, Huntersville, Davidson, etc.  I've been listening to the podcasts for about a year now and have done a good bit of reading on real estate investing.  I've been trolling BP for some time now as I was in the midst of relocating back to NC.  Now that I'm back here I'd like to connect with other like minded investors, network, and learn all I can about the local market and make my first investment property purchase in the next 6 months!

I'm looking to connect with an investor friendly buyer's agent active in Charlotte and Concord NC.  I currently am seeking my first single family investment property and a personal home.  My wife and I have recently moved back to the area after 15+ years away.  

We don't have our criteria totally locked down yet so it will require some patience to work with us!  Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
