I’m a new wholesaler who is looking for a GC willing to do walkthroughs on a few properties. The rough repair estimates will be included in the deal to the buyer.

What does everyone on BP think about this? I plan to do the initial walkthrough but want to include a line item repair for potential buyers. I feel this will strengthen the deal. At the same time I wonder if with most investors having their own contractors already that it may not work out.
