Hello everyone, I'm researching townhomes near Disney for a short term rental investment. I have read that Windsor Hills is a good investment community. Does anyone know of any others that are just as good? I will be using the place for a couple months a year and renting out the rest of the time. Specifically, any feedback on Encantada, or Terra Verde would be greatly appreciated Thank you!
