Hello Kala,

I can definitely recommend you a great agent in the Chicagoland area.  I lived in Chicago for 3 years and just moved to Denver last August, I'd be more than happy to connect you with my contact.  Please send me a PM.

Take care!

Hello All!

Sorry about the delayed response to your posts.  But, I have settled on a brokerage and I am now with Exit Realty in DTC.  Thank you all for the sound advice!

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out Westminster would be a bit far for me at this point. Do you possibly have any contacts with cherry creek or DTC locations?

Thank you

Thanks Bill I appreciate the feedback! There are definitely a lot of places out there to hang your hat. I will continue to research.

This is an add on question, but what were some of your struggles and if you could give a realistic expectation for someone in their first year?

Thank you

Thanks for your feedback Matt!  I have heard KW has a good training program as well and will be looking into them.

Hello Everyone!

I am in the late stages of my real estate licensing courses.  I have no prior experience in real estate nor do I know anyone that works in the field. (Plus I have only been in Denver for about 6 months)  I was wondering if anyone had any advice to finding a brokerage in this competitive field.  I've done some searches already and from what I've seen it's not the typical corporate style websites that have career pages.

So, how did you find a brokerage to work for?

And, if you have a recommendation for a brokerage for a newbie please let me know.

Thank you!
