Hey I currently use REI Pro. I've been using it for at least 3 months now and I love it. It's great for direct mail; templates for homeowners in any situation. You can save contacts (contractors, lenders, realtors, etc), obtaining contracts, and the list goes on. There aren't any cons for me so far. If you would like, we could go in on the software together. I am currently looking for at least 3 people to pay $22/month

Hello BP! What are you guys using to track mileage and receipts? I am about to try "Neat" but they only keep track of receipts. I prefer an all in one type of software.
Thanks in advance

Hey how are you doing BP? I hope all is going well. I have a quick question.
How would I go about doing "subject to" on a property that owes 150k and pays 1108 a month for their mortgage. The property is worth 270k + and 3 bathrooms are in the process of being remodeled(the owner may only finish one).
