Quote from @Michael K Gallagher:

@Sabir Foux are you looking for acquisition guides? if so its not really a guide per say but its a hell of a book and its the classic...."crushing it" its got everything you need to understand what it really takes to invest and manage those assets.  after that brian helped write another couple books through BP wtih Brandon on apartment investing that are decent reads, but candidly crushing it is just about all you need to know to get an idea of where you want to start.

Thanks Michael! I've also heard that starting out it may be better to get a few properties under ones belt first before pursuing commercial investments unless I partner with someone on a deal that is more experienced. Would you agree with that?

I've found info on guides for simple to understand single family home acquisition and small multi-family homes as well. I'm looking for equally good information on commercial real estate such as medium to large apartment complexes.

Can anyone in the community provide resources / links like this?

Thank you

Good morning, it's just after 7am EST as I type this.

I've been a viewer & reader of biggerpockets for years on and off. Up until now I've always thought "I'll never have the time" or "I have no idea where to begin".

After refocusing my mindset those are no longer blockers.

I welcome any getting started suggestions/tips/advice for multi-family strategies.

Thank you and I look forward to networking with everyone,

Sabir
