Hi All,

I just joined the BP website about a week ago and forgot to introduce myself. I'm currently reading 2 real estate books on flipping and rehabbing so I'm still in the research stage. Eventually, I hope to purchase my first investment property by the end of 2016. I'm looking in the Newark, NJ area but will do extensive research before purchasing there. Looking forward to the journey to financial freedom however long it takes.
