I’m currently doing a flip in Hudson FL. The house is a 3/2 with a pool and a indoor garage. I plan on transforming the garage into a 4th bedroom where I’m going to install a split AC. Will I need to register the 4th bedroom with the city and get permits to get it done??

I want to set up my rental property's business accounting and bookkeeping. I need a CPA to set that up for me. I use Stessa to keep track of all my tenant information. I also wanted to start using it for financial reports in order to monitor my business performance.

I am looking a bookkeeper or CPA that knows how to use Stessa. Does anyone have recommendations?
