Hey my new BP family! I’m Sade. I just joined the community here recently. I am extremely new to the RE world! There’s so much to learn but I am grateful for the knowledge and wisdom I’ve seen on this page. My current goal is to educate myself for about a year (while saving and working on my credit) and take the necessary steps in order to create generational wealth. Besides saving and credit, I’ve purchased a couple of books, including Real Estate Rookie, I’m listening to the BP podcast, researching things on this app, searching for meetups on Eventbrite, etc I’m interested in multifamily units, apartments, and mobile homes, but I’m still learning. I’d love to add some value and skills (hands on) while on my journey. If you guys know anyone or any events or anything here in Houston, Tx, that can add knowledge and value to my journey, I’d love to hear about them. I appreciate any recommendations you can share.
