Hi Joaquin Camarasa, thank you for your comment that's mean i have to wait until next year to do this process with lender, my concern is about the saving that i have so far.i don't want to leave it in the bank until next year instead of that i want to invest it this year.

I just purchased my first property in June through the bank with 15% down payment, i know it's too high down payment but its OK i did learned much things from it.

After i rented it and taste the cash flow. i'm getting very excited to get the second one from my rest saving but the question is how can i get it ?

i'm writing this post today to get advice from your experiences.
