Thank you Noah! We wanted to start investing closer to our home and California is not the best market for investment right now. AZ is the hottest market among the closest states to CA. I`d be happy to hear if you have any suggestions about AZ market.

Hi everyone,
Me and my wife started our real estate investment company this week, and very excited to join BP family!
We are based in Bay Area, CA and looking for fix & flip opportunities in California and Arizona.
I have construction experience (been working for a big GC as a superintendent) however we are pretty new to REI business, and looking forward to connect with you guys!
