Hello I am just starting out wholesaling house and I was wondering if anyone knows any title companies I'm Houston that know how to work with a agreement contract? And if you guys do not mind helping a newbie on how to find a good ARV for a house. I have a house I can put under contract but I am not sure how to move forward or how to tell arv and how much I should I put the house under contract for. Any word of advise or anything will be greatly appreciated trying to learn and everyone's input would definitely help.
