Helloe Nichelle. I recently saw an ad for a company called "all about closing" located on broward blvd. They say they work well with investors. They have their contact info on their website. Allaboutclosing.com
Take care

Thanks so much for the advice! I guess I am just nervous about getting a property under contract without an end buyer.

Hello my name is Tinina. That actually sounds like a really good strategy. I see you moved to south florida not too long ago. I'm a mail carrier in Boynton beach which is maybe ten minutes south of lake worth so I'm pretty familiar with the area. Drive for dollars just happens to be built into my job lol. Anyways if youre interested in investing in Boynton Beach and want to know anything about the area youre free to message me. I'm currently generating a list of leads so if you are interested you can message me as well. With that being said enjoy sunny south florida!!!!!

so I went to another neighborhood in the zip code I'm gojng to be marketing to and three of the ugly and vacants were being renovated. I tried to see if the owners were flippers but no one was around. Hopefully they are investors. I am trying to build a buyers list

Thank you so much! I went through the county website on each property and found out about four of the homes have absentee owners out of state. Your advice was very helpful. I appreciate it!

Today I found a very nice neighborhood in a great school district. Housing prices range are in the mid 100's to low 200's. I saw about 13 vacant houses with no realtor signs in the yards. I wrote down all the vacant addresses but i'm not sure if i should try to market to the whole neighborhood. Since i'm just starting out, i do not have a big marketing budget and I am not entirely sure how to get a hold of the homeowners.
