I'm considering purchasing a 4 plex in a suburban area, 3 2beds and 1 1bed. Rent for the two beds are $1200 and $900 for the one bed. Highly desired school district, class B+ neighborhood. Units need flooring and painting updates. I understand there are alot of other considerations but just looking for advice on a offer price for this property based on the stated information, thanks.
