I recently bought your books and loved them both! Very informative and well laid out. With that being said, has enough changed in the 2nd edition to warrant purchasing them again? I just purchased the 1st set a few months back

Can anyone refer me to a TRUST WORTHY central Iowa contractor to help fix up a property? Added benefit if the person is willing to look at potential properties along side me to give a general range estimate. A partnership in the property would be a possible discussion. I would highly prefer someone willing to teach me what they know about the construction industry.

How can I find an investor to partner with and do the grunt work they don't want to do? I want to learn more about real estate investing by jumping in with someone that has experience. 

I have always had interest in real estate, currently in college I plan to become a general contractor as I enjoy the hard work and getting my hands dirty. I would like to try multiple things in real estate including wholesaling, flipping, rental properties, and pretty much anything else. I can't wait to start buying my own properties, currently in the saving step to buy but also looking for work so I can learn!
