Hey so I’m pretty new at this & I just need some help. I sent over a contract to a seller & she sent it to her lawyer. Then I received the contract & the lawyer basically changed everything except for the price. I’m just not sure how exactly to handle this... can anyone give some advice?

I have a buyer who let me know he is interested in a duplex & I may have found one, I’m just not sure exactly how I should run comps on these types of properties. Is anyone familiar w wholesaling multi family?
