Hi All,

I bought my first rental property in AL. My Property management charge 150$ to do cleaning before they start marketing last month.

Last week they again charged 150$ for cleaning and mentioned that “However, after a property is on the market for a while, it will get dirty and need to be cleaned. We also want the property to be clean and move-in ready for the new tenants.”

I am curious how can be it dirty in a month?

Please let me know if this is standard procedure!

Thanks

Sam
