My name is Sam. I am owner of Beverly Jane Investments LLC. I have been a contractor and worked for myself for many years. I am moving my interests into flipping real estate. We are approaching our first buy and am looking to learn as much as I can, find resources, and learn tips and tricks to help ensure success for my company. We named the company after my niece who recently passed away, along with her father, in an auto accident. We are a new company but not new to the construction end of the business. Any help would be appreciated as we learn this new social media forum and this side of the real estate business. Thank you for having me!
