Hello!

We have been looking at an STR that has great revenue--even booked out until December. That being said, it's listed on VRBO as a 5 bedroom/10 guests, but is permitted as a 3 bedroom.

This seems to be a common thing with STRs we are considering--owners list it as having more bedrooms than permitted OR it is listed with accurate # of bedrooms, but way too many guests for the septic.

Would this deter you from considering this home? Thoughts?
