HI actualy my intention was to sell the house after 2 yrs so i got interest only loan.but now the market when sour. And I have no intention of keeping the house for ever,either way i look its a loose loose situation.so i was thinking of making 1 payment skip 3,but can i do that. you have any advice I am not worried about my credit its under 600 any way.Atleast i can get my down back.

Hey i bought my house 2 yrs ago when the market was up . but now every thing is down.I bought it for 310000.00;but now I am lucky if it appraise for 200000.00. my payment is 2100.00 with out tax/ins.And i payed 10 percent down aimost 31000.00 plus closing cost.which route should i take . I feel like I am throwing my money down the drain. should I try to foreclose;and get some money
