Thanks for the feedback. The wholesalers or dealers put out deals with bogus ARV and low rehab numbers. I rehabbed my house from the studs so I think I know what rehabbing is and how it needs to be done. But what I am not sure is which areas and price ranges to look in. There are some water damaged houses on the market too, whether it is worth looking at them?

Hi I am an investor looking for houses or real estate to flip. My strategy is to buy improve and sell, and later look to investors to join up with, My interest is new building, flipping houses and commercial real estate, originally from the hospitality industry. I have experience in business 20+ years and have been watched my dads RE investments in the last 35 years. Have a masters degree too and a background in accounting. I am a numbers guy.
I believe there is always a way to achieve.
