Hi Everyone,I'm looking at buying a 5 acre parcel of land in the Edmonton / Leduc area.. i'm new to this but for my business I need some extra land and feel a little acreage is better suited for me.Can you please share your thoughts of what I should looking for prior to my purchase? do you recommend any inspections? If you have anyone you can recommend that can consult, inspect etc of course for a fee, please let me know

Hello friends.

We live in the Sherwood Park, Alberta area and around here RV storage is a little tough to find and expensive. My wife and I are thinking of possibly starting an RV storage yard. We have the land and was just trying to figure out how much it would cost us to set up this business that can accommodate about 150 rv's. We are just starting our initial research but I thought I would put a post up here to see if anyone with experience had any thoughts, advice or feedback.

I'm reading that a lot of people start with RV storage and eventually expand to Self Storage. This is something that all interests us but again we are just starting our learning stage.
