I spoke with a real estate agent recently about pulling comps for a home I'm looking to purchase at wholesale. For the comps I was offering not only this listing but future listings through a networking relationship. Being new to the market she didn't see that as something she could get behind (her words). I intend to visit the REI Club to network for realtors but I have a question. Outside of the listing, what are some things a wholesaler could do for you that would entice you to give the wholesaler comps on a property...thanks in advance...
