Whatup BP! I grew up in Westchester and live in down Philly but my wife went to Syracuse and I love the central NY area! I've spent a lot of time running numbers on duplexes in Rochester/Binghamton/Syracuse and I'm looking to buy and hold. My goal is to BRRRR, but for my first deal I'm also willing to keep it as simple as possible to get in the game. I'm looking to connect with anyone local, agents/contractors/property managers/lenders, and of course any investors! I'm most interested in Rochester, but open to Binghamton/Syracuse as well! Hope you guys are doing great and thanks for any advice!
