Hello everyone,

My name is darri and i am interested in buying a small multifamily property under 100k in Ohio, Upstate NY, or GA

Welcome Darriell! Do you have a specific strategy or location? That can help you narrow down more. The price does narrow it down a lot already to a few specific areas and strategies. But if you are looking to do something different then you may need to increase your purchase price budget. Happy to talk more with how to go about it

BP MultiFamily and Commercial Brokers, I want to meet you!

My wife and I are moving from Washington DC to the Greater Detroit area next month and, at the same time, I am starting my own REI journey with an eye for multi-family (small at first, but larger in the future, I hope) and commercial properties in Michigan and in the broader Midwest: Ann Arbor, Toledo, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and pretty much anywhere in this huge market!

I am in the early networking stages, with this being a new location for us, but I am keen to meet people who are active in the region and to build strong, long-term partnerships.

And I have some creative strategies (for me, anyway) that I'd like to try.

Please reach out to me!

Nice to have you on Craig! Shoot me a message if I can help you in Greater Cincinnati!

Looking to invest in the US market for myself & my investor clients. Which are your top 3 cities & why ?
Criteria: good cap rate, A-C neighborhood, cosmetic rehab.

I am going good with the Greater Cincinnati market. Granted it is a market I know well because I live here and invest my career/capital here. I still stand by it is a great market

The cosmetic rehab portion is a different conversation, but that is for another day

Quote from @Josh Keena:

Hi, my name is Josh and I am new to this real estate stuff. I am very interested in this and hope to get my first few properties soon. I am getting worn out with YouTube videos of everyone saying do this...no do it this way...I just want a first property. I don't care what it takes. I am tired of struggling in my financial life. That is why I started my LLC. I have been putting that off for a long time and just decided to do it and stop just talking about doing it.

Hey Josh, I am going to shoot you a message real quick

If you could invest in any market across the country, where would it be and why? I’m always curious about the factors that make people decide on specific markets.

I wonder if Columbus is a good place to invest according to these agents haha

Quote from @Elan Adler:

Hey all! Sorry this isn't a detailed post, but I'm looking for a recommendation for a rockstar lender in Cincinnati. I currently own a few properties in the Southeast, but I'm looking to buy my first property in Cincinnati. I'm interested in 1–4 unit properties under $500K. I can put down a large down payment and am looking for a Conventional or DSCR loan.
