Hello everyone 

My wife and I are from Oklahoma City and are moving to Wichita in June. We have not started our REI journey yet but are looking to primarily house hack and eventually transition into a buy and hold strategy for students in the WSU area. We are now looking to starting our journey so that we can make a bigger return on our investments. We would love to connect with other investors in the area to learn what is/is not working there at this time. We would also love any recommendations for agents in the area that specialize these strategies. I am happy to help in any way I can!
