@Alessandra Moreira I have used Kirk Realty for my property in past... they are good and get the unit rented fast. They do good background checks and recomend on whether to rent to a tenant or not...

Hi, can some one tell me if south butler Tarkington area in Indianapolis is good for real estate investing and renting? I am a newbe investor looking for buying some rental properties in and arounf indy with budget of around 80-120k... need to know of the tenant quality and crime in the area.. I dont mind some of fixing, diy renovations, etc. Thanks, Sam
