I self managed my units for 2.5 years and got a property manager for the last 3.5 years so got to see a wide variety of scenarios (have some good stories). If you’re an investor send me a PM. Hoping to compare property managers, network and may be able to help anyone who would want a recommendation to a manager I found pretty helpful when stabilizing my 8 unit portfolio.

Hi all! MA has already relaxed ADU restrictions and is soon to queue up major overhauls regarding new build permitting per the governor. If anyone is looking for a connection in MA for an ADU/New build contractor, I've had good experience with a few and can share recommendations.
