@Edith Arreola thanks for reaching out, and I am glad we are at the same position, we could use that as an opportunity to learn from each other, however if you able to close your first deal before I do I’d like to know how it goes and I’ll do the same plz stay in touch and good luck!! What are some essential step In you guys professional opinions should a new investor take once finding a possible deal?!
