Showing to 4 people today. Tenant keeps the place pretty tidy. We'll see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback!

Hello,

Just wondering when most landlords post their advertisements for a place that will be vacant in the future. I have a tenant moving out of my single-family residence at the end of the month and do not plan to show it until they've moved out and I've made a few improvements. So, not likely to show before Nov 5th. Is a month before I'll show the place to interested prospects too early?

I don't want to show it because I want to "put my best foot forward" so to speak.

Regards,
Alex
