@Tim Macy, great advice!!! Sounds logical but hard to practice at time so a good reminder is always welcomed. I will keep your words in mind. 

Oh my @Tim Macy, I certainly don't want to get burned out. Can you please advise how I start to build a team I can trust. I have met a few wonderful individuals here who are also wanting to invest in San Antonio and others who already work in the area. I would think a good place to start is with them correct?

Thank you @Ayodeji Kuponiyi for that great advice. I have been doing a lot of reading lately but need to learn so much more. I now want to put into practice what I have been learning. I definitely need to put into practice what you just said, "connect with investors". Thank you for that great reminder.

@Ola Dantis yes, I would love to connect and share. My family (parents, sisters, nephews, nieces, and cousins) all live in San Antonio. The good thing about this is that they are willing to do a lot of footwork for me as far as checking out property. I also visit home (San Antonio) often.  Thank you Tyler for your warm and kind welcome. I am currently looking for homes to buy, fix, and either hold for a couple of years or flip. I see you are in San Antonio which is great news for me. I have called several individuals in San Antonio from homes I have found in Craigslist but so far I have not been able to pin a house down.
