Hi - This will be my first time -whats a good loan term for a duplex rental? I am wanting to hold this long term but not sure on best strategy?  Looking at $2400 rental/mo and 30 yr mortgage payments should be around $1100/mo.  I do have to put the 25% down so trying to keep as much in my pocket to save for next opportunity - Thanks!
