Thanks for the insight James.  I am also trying to figure out how to get decent foreclosure information - really don't want to go the auction route.

Hi Everyone,

I am just getting started in real estate investment and looking for my first deal in Delaware, Montgomery or Chester counties, PA.

My background is in corporate finance and my goal in real estate is to be financially independent of a company paycheck.  I am looking primarily to fix and flip, maybe buy a rental, but not sure I want to be a landlord.  I am working with a real estate agent but having trouble finding a property where the numbers make sense.

I hope to learn a lot from this site!

Sandy
