Sounds good to me, looking forward to working together. Also like I stated in new to real estate, and if I have any questions do you mind if I reach out to you for help?

@Roger Covin This is a great post. I'm trying to do the same thing myself in Tarrant County as well. I'm in Fort Worth but very new to the industry, maybe we can possible get together and partner up on some deals in the future.

@Matt Wood Thank you for the help. I will get on these right now. Maybe I contact you if I have questions?

Thank you Andrew for reaching out to me. And looking forward to hearing from you again. What groups are you a part of, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm happy to share my favorites, if you're interested.

Hello Matt, thank for welcoming me to the site. I'm very new to real estate and would really appreciate your insight and favorites. Thanks again
